Terms & Conditions

Por Favour’s main aim is your satisfaction so we focus on quality, truly delicious products, unique and very enjoyable experience through our fudge flavours, favours and treats.

Please be aware that these products have been made in our kitchen and although utmost care had been given to each batch, there may still be some traces of nuts and other allergens. Please refer to the list of our ingredients as there may be some ingredients that are not suitable to your dietary requirements. Please note that most of our fudge use milk and marshmallows that may not be suitable for your preferences. When possible, we will try to replace the ingredients to make them vegetarian friendly.

Our fudge products are handmade in small batches so there will be variations in colour, sizes and general appearance. We think that these actually add to the uniqueness of PF fudge. Rest assured that each piece is always special.

Weights are not always exact as stated on labels, but we will most likely be adding a little bit more ‘for luck’!


Our fudge are vacuum packed in 1kg (as a slab or chopped depending on your preference); 150g and 250g grab pouches; 50g, 150g and 250g gift boxes in cream or lilac for favours and gifts. When ordering for wedding favours & other events (minimum order applies) please let us know your motif so we can check availability of colours to match your requirements.

We will try our best to create favours that are suitable for your special day or events and offer alternative choice of flavour, container jar, pouch or box if in case your initial choice is not available. The designs on your jars/boxes will be handmade and therefore can be adapted to your requirements.


Orders are accepted through our online form, email or by using our forms provided during fairs or shows. As we aim to send you the freshly made batch, please allow at least a week for your fudge orders.

For weddings & special events requiring favours:

Once orders are finalised and details agreed, we will send you the final order form detailing your order. Then your order will be processed as soon as we have received payment through bank transfer, cash or cheque unless a specific delivery date has been requested. We aim to provide you not just the delicious and creamy fudge, but the freshest too.

All other orders and purchases: will be processed as soon as payments have been received unless a specific delivery date has been requested.

Fudge samples may be purchased prior to bulk orders and will be deducted from the cost of your final order (minimum order applies).

We reserve the right to decline any order that we deem not suitable for our business.


Orders of favours and table of treats for weddings & events may only be cancelled at least four (4) weeks before the agreed delivery date to get a full refund. Charges may apply after 4 weeks. This should be done either by email or our online form.

If you are not satisfied with the product you have received, please send them back to us in their original packaging stating the reason. We will send you a replacement or refund the cost and delivery charges when necessary. Your statutory rights are not affected.


Deliveries of fudge and favours will be made through various couriers or Royal Mail on weekdays (Mondays-Friday). Allow at least a week for small orders. We will have to set an agreeable date for the delivery of bulk orders. Post and packaging apply.

Table of Treats when agreed, may be delivered at the venue at least 2 hours before the event starts allowing set-up time. Mileage apply.

Delivery dates via courier/Royal Mail are approximates and we cannot accept responsibility to delays or non-delivery caused by other reasons that are beyond our control natural or man-made.


We reserve our rights to edit or not publish any inappropriate and offensive feedbacks and messages.
